Sander Loos

Sander is a Physical Geographer, specialized in water management and ICT, and working at HydroLogic primarily in the hydroinformatics domain. He has been leading and working in several development teams of Decision Support Systems for flood forecasting. He is also member of the HydroNET development team. He has designed and developed (Arc)GIS based user interfaces on top of modelling systems and databases (Oracle, SQL-Server, MySQL) for user presentation and interaction, data processing and management. He is also specialised in the design of Water-quantity Information Systems (WIS) for real-time data collection, validation, processing, storage & dissemination. He has been a consultant for waterauthorities in the process of defining, designing & implementing these systems.
